Some useful advice
- Please use your AC system all year. During the Winter at least 20 minutes once a week, This prevents expensive repairs in the spring because your compressor seals dried out through lack of use - common repair method = new compressor @ circa £350.00.
- Have your receiver drier replaced every 2 - 3 years as they become saturated and fail causing damage to the Compressor and Expansion valve or orifice tube.
- Keep your drain holes clear to prevent your floor pan rusting out and excess condensation in the car.
- Don’t allow your system to evacuate to atmosphere - it’s illegal and really stupid.
